MC-85206 Measurements and Statistical Controls (NDA Waste Measurements System)
The inspection involved 39 inspection hours on site by one NRC inspector and was begun during the regular hours.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the area examined during the inspection except for the following items:
1.
Failure to review and audit all aspects of the measurement programs on an annual basis.
2.
Failure to perform acceptable NDA measurements of waste containers.
