WJones Llanier The Connission has issued the enclosed Order which terminates the Amended Facility License No. P-63 for the North Carolina State University Training and Research Reactor in accordance with your application dated June 5,1980, as revised by letters dated February 19 and March 27, 1981, and March 29, 1983.
Our related Safety Evaluation Report is also enclosed.
In connection with this action, we are enclosing two copies of Anendnent No.17 to Indemnity Agreement flo. E-7.

A copy of the Order is being filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
