Dynamic Response of Prototypical Piping Systems, Modification No. 1 Pursuant to the pertinent provisions of the subject contract, I hereby increase the amount obligated by the parties with respect to said contract from its inception as follows:
Under ARTICLE III - TOTAL ESTIMATED COST, OBLIGATION OF FUNDS AND LIMITATIONS, Par.agraph 2 - Obligation of Funds, is revised to reflect an increase in the amount of funds obl.igated by the Institute from $120,000.00 by $165,007.00 to
$285,007.00. The total amount of funds obligated by the parties is increased a
from $395,000.00 by $165,007.00 to $560,007.00.
