It has just been brought to my attention that a citation in note 5 at page 7 of the "NRC Staff's Answer in Opposition to 0CRE's Motion to File Contentions on SNM License Application" dated June 13th was typed incorrectly and that the cited opinion has been reported. The first citation should read: See City of West Chicago v. United States Nuclear Regulatory Comission, 70T F.2d 732, 750 (7th Cir.1983).
