This is in final response to your letter dated October 3,1982, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, all documents-setting forth NRC policy concerning (1) the issuances of press releases by the NRC in connection with its enforcement and licensing activities and'(2) the coverage of NRC licensing or other hearings by the media.
Document 1 af the appendix is already available in the NRC Public Document-Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC.
Document 2 is a copy of the portion ~of ~ the Investigative Procedure Memorandum No.82-002 ' dealing with the: issuances of press releas~es.
The other portions f
