Dear Mr. Comer:
This is in response to your letter dated April 4,1983, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of SECY-82-499.
In a telephone conversation with Carol Ann Reed, of my staff, on April 25, 1983, you were informed that SECY-82-499 consists of a three page summary of a proposed Federal Register notice, the proposed notice itself, and a transmittal memorandum for the CRGR minutes of meeting #16.
You were further informed that the Federal Register notice was published on March 4, 1983 (48 FR 9284), and that the CRGR minutes for meeting #16 are currently in our Public Document Room,1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC. The minutes can be' located in'a folder entitled "CRGR Review Group" and can be identified either by date, August 30, 1982, or Accession No.'

Enclosed.is a copy of the transmittal memorandum shich was attached to the SECY paper.
In the April 25, 1983 conversation, vou agreed that the above infonnation was acceptable and, therefore, we are considering your request closed.
