In re Indian Point Special Proceeding Docket Nos. 50-247-SP and 50-286-SP

Dear Administrative Judges:

The Power Authority of the State of New York and Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. plan to respond to both the summary letter report and the more detailed final report of the Licensing Board's consultant, Paul J. Amico.

Because both reports address the same key issues, licensees believe that a single response on June 20, 1983, would be more appropriate.

This is consistent with the Staff's approach.

See Letter ~from Janice E.

Moore, Counsel for NRC Staff, to Administrative Judges (June 9, 1903).
