Dear Ms. Finamore:
This is to confirm our understanding conce'ning the Staff's production of documents identified in the "NRC Staff's Response to Intervenors', Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc. and the Sierra Club, Third Set of Construc-tion Permit Interrogatories and Request to Produce to Staff," served on May 20, 1983. The documents in question will be available for inspection at the office of Larry W. Bell, located in the Phillips Building at 7920 Norfolk Avenue, Bethesda, Maryland, at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 16, 1983.
As you know, the documents have been available for inspection before now, but have not yet been inspected by Intervenors due to Dr. Cochran's unavailability. Also, while the documents could have been made available for inspection any day next week, you requested that inspection proceed on Thursday so that NRC Staff counsel would be available to confer with you or Dr. Cochran, should you so desire.
For your convenience and at your request, a duplicate copy of the Staff's interrogatory answers, referred to above, is enclosed herewith.
