Dear Mr. Allan:
In response to NRC IE Bulletin No. 83-05, Item #3, RG&E has conducted an investigation and determined that we do not have any ASME Code pumps manufactured by HTPC and installed at Ginna Station.
We also do not use, nor plan to use spare parts manufactured by HTDC in Code pumps important to safety at Ginna Station.
