Enclosed are six (6) copies of our new security plan as required by 10CFR70:67. Our present security plan will remain in effect until ap-proval is received for our new security plan. Please contact David McGinty, Reactor Physicist, or Charlie McKibben, Reactor Manager, if you have any questions concerning our submittal.

Pursuant to 10CFR Part 2.790(d), we request that the enclosure (Physical Security Plan for University of Missouri Research Reactor) be withheld from public disclosure. The enclosed Security Plan has been classified as SAFEGUARD INFORMATION as per 10CFR73.21(b)2. No person may have access to Safeguard Information unless the person has an established "need to know" for this information and is authorized per 10CFR73.21(c). Regulations prevent the disclosure of this information by unsecured telephone communications.
