Dear Nina:

By Order of April 26, 1983, the Licensing Board set a deadlina of May 6, 1983 for the Coalition for Safe Power (CFSP) to disclose to the Board and parties (under a protective order) the name and address of at least one of those individuals upon whom it bases its representational standing in the above-referenced proceeding. Memorandum and Order (Denying Applicant's Alternative Motion for Reconsideration or Certification), April 26, 1983, at 5,13.

To date, we have received no communication from CFSP, either written or oral, responsive to the Board's Order.

If in fact you have responded in a Smely manner to the Board's April 26 Order, please get in touch with me. at your earliest convenience so that the Staff will be able to indicate to the Board the Staff's position on whether Petitioner has established standing to intervene. By the terms of the Board's April 26 Order, we must inform the Board of our position by May 27, 1983.
