At our meeting with you on April 25, 1983, you presented the details of your planned independent review of the management of the Zimmer project, including the quality assurance and quality verification programs. In presenting your plan you indicated you would conduct an initial survey and then make a reasses== ant to determine if any change to the proposed management review were desirable. At the conclusion of the meeting we requested to meet with you again after you had completed your initial survey.

The purpose of this letter is to confirm a followup meeting with you and members of your staff at 9:00 a.m. on May 26, 1983, at the Americana Inn, Cincinnati airport. This meeting will be limited to the details of any changes to the management review proposed by Torrey Pines Technology. The meeting will be open to publiccobservation.
