Dear Mr. Collins:
At the present time, corrective action is completed on the replacement of 240 feet of (Ht-16600) laminated tube steel that was installed in safety related systems. As of now, approximately 80 feet of (Ht-16600) tube steel has not been located. A search is being conducted to assure that none of the missing tube steel is installed in safety related systems. In view of the above, a final report will be delayed until June 23, 1983.
