So that the transcript of the proceeding will reflect the state of the record, the stipulation will be bound into the transcript on May 23, 1983 and the Board or any party shall then identify the exhibits, and they will be received into evidence.
Proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law on emergency planning issues will be due June 20, 1983.
