Thank you for your letter of November 22, 1982, in response to our letter dated November 5, 1982.
We have no further_ questions at this time concerning your response to Items A, B, C, and G of the Notice of Nonconformance.
As a result of the discussion with Mr. F. Volmer during a telephone call on January 7,1983, we have the following understandings regarding:
Item A - Notice of Violation (NOV):
Audits will be conducted to ensure that current copies of 10 CFR Part 21 and Section 206 of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974 are posted.
Item D - Notice of Nonconformance (NON):
A tool inspection card has been initiated and reflects the acceptance.of Torque Wrench, Serial No. 2338-4.
Item F - NON:
Accuracy of Plug Gauge Set. Serial No. 1334-1 has-been verified and this information has been recorded in the affixed calibration label and tool inspection card.
Please inform us if our understandings accurately describe your intent; if different, please provide us with the correct information.
Also, the need for the following additional information was discussed:

Please indicate that your corrective action included, or will include, a documented assessment of electrical equipment calibration data and its impact on previously accepted hardware.,
Please provide this additional information within 25 days from the date of this letter -in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
