SELECTION OF APPROPRIATE ENFORCEMENT ACTION FOR THE ENERGY-SYSTEMS GROUP 0F ROCKWELL INTERNATIONAL (DOCKET 70/25 SNM-21) CANOGA PARK, CALIFORNIA (EA 82-120)
As requested, we have reviewed the subject case to determine whether escalated enforcement action is appropriate and have decided that such action should not be taken. Thus, we recommend that the item of noncompliance be a Severity Level IV violation and handled in accordance with the guidance in itera 2 of the enclosed July 19, 1982 conference call memorandum.
