e I am attorney of Intervenors Christa-Maria, Mills and Bier.
On or about May 5, 1983 I had a telephone conversation with

Richard Emch, NRC project manager for the Big Rock Point plant.
Mr. Emch informed me that Consumers Power Company-intends tb conduct its ten year inspection without removing all the fuel-from the core reactor.
Consumers Power Company instead proposes

to remove as much fuelas the current spent fuel pool will accomodate

and then move around the remaining fuel within the reactor while
