It was agreed that the "Immediate Action Letter" issued by the Commission on December 24, 1980, and CG&E's Stop Uork Order #80-14 applied only to material, equipment and labor supplied by Reactor Controls Inc.
This understanding resulted in CG&E's modification of Stop Work Order #82-01 (copy attached), releasing Catalytic, Inc.

to perform new work resulting from the Sargent & Lundy reanalysis of the CRD Piping System, except where such new work would adversely
