The paper for affirmation is 17 SECY-83-157 dealing with the Shoreham operating license 18 proceeding in which the Commission is being asked to 19 approve a proposed order that affirms portions of the 20 Licensing Board order on emergency planning.

2 The Chairman, Commissioners Ahearne, Roberts 3
and Asselstine have approved the proposed order as 4
