Docket No. 50-460 OL Gentlemen:
On May 4, 1983, petitioner in the captioned proceeding requested by letter that the Board take "some action.
to ensure that the organization is kept fully notified of issues regarding the operating license for WNP-1 by the NRC Staff."
The Washington Public Power Supply System (Applicant) believes that this request should be denied.
Petitioner is asking that it be treated as if it were already a party to this proceeding.
However, petitioner has not been granted intervention status, and, therefore, is not a party to the proceeding.
In short, petitioner is no different than any other member of the public.
