Pirtle and Ms.
G.
Christoffer of your office on February 7-11, 1983.
As you indicate in your report, certain activities appeared to be in non-compliance with NRC requirements.
Items (a) and (b) of the Notice of Violation are addressed in the enclosure to this letter.
Additional items of concern that you expressed in the detail section of your report have been addressed by the licensee.
They have not been delineated in the enclosure, but will be available for your future review.
The subject matter and enclosure to this letter are considered exempt from disclosure in accordance with Section i
- 73. 21 (c) (2 ), Part 73, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
