w.a......o...., s.. w a a Whereas, the actual quantity of pages requiring conversion services are 2,905 in lieu of DESCRIPTION OF AME NDMt NT/ MODiflCATION 12 2,000 as originally estimated; and, Whereas, the contractor has agreed to provide said additional services at the unit price offered under the basic solicitation and as further referenced in the letter dated May 4, 1983; Therefore, subject contract is amended contemporaneous 1y with award as follows:

Page 1, Block 22; the total amount of the contract is changed from $3,750.00 to $5446.87, an increase of $1696.87.

Page 14, Article I, Item 0001:

The quantity is changed from 2000 to 2905.

The amount is changed from $3750.00 to $5446.87, an increase of $1696.87.
