In the Commission's May 5,1983 " Order Establishing Procedures for j
" Decision on Enforcement Action," we established a tight schedule for the submission of public views, with written filings due to the Commission on May 20 and oral presentations on May 26. We recognize that that schedule may make it difficult for parties to the Indian Point special proceeding to meet the May 27 filing deadline established by the Licensing Board in that case for the submission of proposed findings of fact and conclusicas of law.
The Licensing Board is hereby authorized to grant such relief from its May 27 deadline as it may deem necessary to permit parties to j
participate effectively before both tribunals.
