ORDER CONFIRMING ADJUSTMENT IN SCHEDULE TO FILE CONTENTIONS This is to confirm the rulings made during a conference call of May 4, 1983, among the Board and counsel for Suffolk County, LILC0 and the NRC Staff. Acting on Suffolk County's Motion for Revision of Schedule, dated May 2,1983, the Board tentatively extended the time for receipt of draft emergency planning contentions by one week to a date four weeks after receipt of LILC0's revised emergency plan.

The final proposed emergency planning contentions would still be received two weeks after the draft contentions.

The scope and content of these filings and responses thereto remain as set forth in our " Memorandum and Order Denying Suffolk County's Motion to Terminate the Shoreham Operating License Proceeding," LBP-83-22, 17 NRC _ (slip op. at 60-65)

( April 20,1983).
