REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE AS AN INTERESTED MUNICIPALITY Now comes the representative of the Town of Salisbury, and pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.715 (c), hereby request an opportunity to participate in the above-naned proceedings.
I STANDING
'Ihe representatives of the Town of Salisbury assert that their tcwn is located within ten miles of the Seabrook site, and has vital interests in the Board's review of emergency preparedness plans for the site.
Pursuant to C.F.R. 2.715 (c), we representatives of the Town of Salisbury understand that we are not required to take a position of any issue, and will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to participate and to introduce evidence, interrogate witnesses, and advise the Commission with respect to any issues of relevance to our town, including those associated with energency preparedness.
