A description of facility changes made during 1982, required by 10 CFR 50.59, is attached. In lieu of the 39 copies required by 10 CFR 50.59, a master microfiche of this submittal will be provided under separate letter as allowed by Reference (f). Maine Yankee committed at References (b) and (d) to report on an annual basis, any challenges and/or failures of safety and relief valves. During 1982, there were no challenges or failures of pressurizer or steam generator safety or relief valves at Maine Yankee.
