Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (TMI-1)
Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Environmental Qualification - TER In response to your letter of March 30, 1983, GPUN previously provided the 30 day response to TMI-l Environmental Qualification - TER on January 28, 1983 (5211-83-028).
In addition, GPUN has reviewed Category IV items (Documentation Not Made Available) and determined that all these items are environmentally qualified. GPUN has provided all information so far requested as documented in GPUN letters dated March 2, 1982 (E&L-4062/82-052), March 24, 1982 (5211-82-067) and June 25, 1982 (5211-82-155).
Any additional information needed to resolve NRC Category IV items will be made available to the NRC upon request. These items will be discussed at the meeting previously requested by GPUN in our letter of March 1, 1983 (5211-83-054) which is yet to be scheduled by NRC.
As shown in Table 4-1 of the December 10, 1982 TER, GP"N has no items in NRC Category II.B. (Equipment not qualified).
