MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 In response to your letter of November 24, 1982, which transmitted Inspection Report No. 50-263/82-11 (DETP), a letter dated December 22, 1982, from me provided the requested information.
In response to Violation 1, Item b, it was stated that the WRA process would be revised to incorporate a review by Job Supervisors to assure that adequate and complete instructions are provided.
It was also stated that the revised process would be in effect by April 30, 1983.
This letter is to inform you that the revised process will not be fully in effect until June 1, 1983.
Revision of the WRA process has involved substantial changes in many areas which has required more extensive processing than originally anticipated.
Currently, the WRA process document has been submitted for typing of final changes and the involved forms are being printed.
These actions are expected to be completed about May 2, 1983.
Beginning May 4, and continuing through May 31, formal classroom training will be presented to approximately 150 personnel involved with the WRA process.
