o..a.............. u.a i2 I; Of %C 6.* iso,e "it aAINDutN' MOD.* K.i.ON The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance, revise the indirect rates, revise the billing instructions, and incorporato an updated versica of NRC Manual Chapte-5202, all of which are to be accomplished at no additional cost to the Government, Therefore, the following changes are hereby made:
1.
Delete Article II - Period of Performance in its entirety and substitute the following in lieu thereof:
" Article II - Period of Performance The period of performance shall commence on January 23, 1980, and shall continue through March 22, 1983, at which time all work shall have been completed and all reports shall have been delivered."

The attached Manual Chapter 3202 " Publication of Unclassified Regulatory and Technical Documents Prepared by NRC Contractors, Including Reports Prepared Under or Pursuant to Interagency Agreements," dated April 29, 1982, supercedes Manual Chapter 320 dated January 25, 1978, which was previously incorporated hereunder. -
The above changes shall have no impact on the total amount of the contract g
which remains unchanged at $569,924.00.
