Dear Mr. Collins:
This letter is to propose changes to Section 4.4 of the Fort St.
s Vrain Technical Specifications.
These changes are proposed in response to a commitment made in Reportable Occurrence 83-001 (Reference (1)) and an unresolved item addressed in I & E Inspection Report 82-31 (Reference (2)).
A summary of the proposed changes is provided in Attachment 1, and the changes themselves are provided in Attachment 2.
contains an evaluation of.those changes proposed in response to Rf Reference (2).
No evaluation is provided for the change proposed in response to Reference (1) since it serves only to provide more clarity to a presently stated requirement.
O In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR170, we believe that the 5*
proposed changes are amendment fee Class II since they are pro forma in nature and do not involve issues of safety or environmental gk significance.
Q A check in the amount of $1,200 for fee payment will follow under separate cover.
