EMERGENCY CORE COOLING ACTUATION SYSTEM CABINETS WIRED INCORRECTLY (VITS82-160)
Reference:
Memorandum from C. C. Williams, RIII, to S. Phillips, RIV, June 29, 1982 A Vendor Program Branch (VPB) inspection was performed at the Bailey Controls Company (BCC) Wickliffe, Ohio, plant on February 14-18, 1983, which included the subject item in the scope. The results of the inspection are documented in the attached VPB Inspection Report No. 99900224/83-01.
The results of the inspection indicate both that appropriate corrective actions have been taken by BCC and that the identified problem was not generic in nature.
The subject item has now been closed by the VPB.
