(1) SNM-1168, Docket 70-1201 Gentlemen:
In accord with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c), the Babcock & Wilcox Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant submits the attached revised pages of our Fundamental Nuclear Materials Control Plan. The revisions were ne-cessary to incorporate the reorganization of the Materials Management Group, change from Nuclear Power Generation Group to Utility Power Generation Group, and provide a new facility layout.
The changes do not degrade the effective-ness of the Plan.
Attachment I contains the following revised pages of t'1e Fundamental Nuclear Materials Control Plan: Page-Date Incex 1, 2, and 3; Table of Contents, Page 1; Pages 1.1, 1. 2, 1. 3, 1.4, 1. 5, 1. 6, 1. 7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 3.2, 3. 5, 4.10, 4.12, 5.1, 5.4, 5.9, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 7.5, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, and Appendix A.
