APPLICANT'S NOTICE CONCERNING CONTRACT AWARD AND CONSTRUCTION STARTING DATE In compliance with the Order of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board dated November 2, 1982, Applicant hereby notifies the Board as follows:

On December 15, 1982, the Neshaminy Water Resources Authority authorized the awarding of the contract for the construction activities for the Point Pleasant intake and pumping station to Mergentime, Inc. which will begin to mobilize at the site on Decerber 23, 1982 and commence activities 15 days thereafter. Accordingly, the work designated as "non contention" work in Applicant's Response dated October 20, 1982 is scheduled to commence at Point Pleasant on and after January 7, 1983, or as more i b
