SUBJECT:
BOARD NOTIFICATION (BN-82-107) - TMI-1 RESTART HEARING The staff has completed its evaluation of the semiscale feed and bleed test results. The test results were previously addressed in Board Notification BN-82-93. The staff concludes that no new phenomeoon are exhibited by the Semiscale test and that the staff's computer codes adequately predict the test data and thermal hydraulic phenomena. Tho memorandum documenting the staff's conclusions and the test report are enclosed.
