Your cocnent letter of September 28,1982 (postmarked Sep'tember 30) relative to the 1932 Draf t Supplement to the NRC's 1977 Final Environ-mental Statement on the proposed Clinch River Breeder Reactor Plant has arrived too late to be included in the Final Supplement. The 45-day conaent period ended on September 13. However, somewhat similar connents were received from other persons and I believe you will find that our responses to those comments apply also to your concerns.
A copy of the Final Supplement will be sent to you upon its completion.
