,,s NOTICE OF RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD Pursuant to the authority contained in 10 CFR 2.721 (1980), the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for General Electric Company, GETR Vallecitos), Docket Nos. 50-70-OLR and 70-754-SNMR, is hereby reconstituted by appointing the following Administrative Judge to the Board:
Mr. John H. Frye.
Mr. Herbert' Grossman was a member of this Board, but, because of a schedule conflict is unable to continue to serve.
As reconstituted, the Board is comprised of the following Administrative Judges:
