NOTIFICATION OF CORRECTIONS TO SUFFOLK COUNIY EXHIBITS 51 AND 56 l

This pleading sets forth the corrections to Suffolk County l l Exhibits 51 and 56 which were previously mentioned on the record, but which were not physically made in the recorder's copy prior i to the recess which commenced in late September, 1982.

Suffolk County Exhibit 51 consists of Stone and Webster Engineering Assurance ("EA") Audits of the Shoreham project.

The following corrections have been made in the official. reporter's copy of this Exhibit:

1. In EA Audit No. 9, Attachment 2 was missing because it was misfiled with EA Audit No. 10. Attachment 2 to EA Audit 9 has been inserted in its proper place and removed from its improper place with EA Audit 10.

2. EA Audit No. 10 lacks Attachments 1 and 2, which were misfiled with EA Audit 11. These pages have been removed from s

EA Audit No. 11 and placed in the proper place in EA Audit No.

3. Page 2 of EA Audit 17 was partially illegible. A new page 2 has been inserted to correct this problem.

4. Pages 2, 3, 4 and the distribution list of EA Audit 19 were missing because they were misfiled with EA Audit 18.

The pages have been removed from EA Audit 18 and placed in their proper place in EA Audit 19.

5. Page 2 of EA Audit 20 was partially illegible. A new page 2 has been inserted. In addition, Audit observation 005, a part of EA Audit 20, was also partially illegible. A new Audit Observation 005 has been inserted.

6. In EA Audit 28, the following pages were missing:

page 2 of 3 of Audit Observation 079; page 1 of 2 of Audit Observation 080; page 1 of 2 of Audit Observation 081; page 1 of 2 of Audit Observation 082; and page 1 of 1 of Audit Observation 083. These missing pages have now been inserted. It is noted, however, that page 1 of 2 of Audit observation 085 is still

. missing.

7. In EA Audit 31, all pages after Attachment 1 were missing. Accordingly, Attachment 2 has been inserted, as well as Audit Observations 106, 107, and 108.

With respect to Suffolk County Exhibit 56,. Stone and Webster Field Quality Control (" FQC " ) Audits, the following corrections have been made in the recorder's copies:

• 2. In FQC Audit 18, the report index and all Attachments were missing. These have been inserted. .

3. In FQC Audit 21, the report index and all Attachments were missing. These have been inserted.

4. In FQC Audit 22, the report index and all Attachments were missing. These have been inserted.

5. In FQC Audit 24, the report index and all Attachments were missing. These have been inserted.

6. In FQC Audit 25, the report index and all Attachments were missing. These have been inserted.

7. In FQC Audit 30, page 2 of Attachment D was and continues to be missing. Page 2 of Attachment K was misfiled as part of Attachment D. It has been moved to its proper location in Attachment K. Finally, page 2 of 3 of Attachment N was missing.

This has been inserted.

8. In FQC Audit 32, Attachments 1 and 2 were missing.

These have been inserted.

9. In FQC Audit 41, page 3 of Attachment 2 was missing.

This has been inserted.
