1 I am enclosing the Emergency Preparedness pamphlet for use in the 5-mile EPZ in Charlevoix County and part of Emmet County.

This pamphlet faithfully incorporates varicus revisions and modifications set forth in the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's partial initial decision of August 6, 1982.

The pamphlet has just been received fron the printer and copies are being shipped to Consumers Power Company's contractor in Petoskey.

Distribution is expected to take place within the next two or three days.

The Licensing Board and parties will be advised when this action is completed.

Consumers Power Company will also be submitting soon evidence
