" ARTICLE II - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance under this contract is from September 27, 1982 through September 30, 1985."

ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT, is revised to read as follows:
" ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATION AND PAYFiENT In full consideration of the Contractor's presentation of the following courses, NRC shall pay the Contractor the sums delineated below in accordance with Article 7 of the General Provisions entitled ' Payments.'

Refresher NDE Course (October 4-8, 1982) - $6,650.00

General NDE Course (November 29 - December 17,1982) - $14,630.00 3.
General NDE Course (November 28 - December 16,1983) - $16,100.00 Payment shall be made on a per course basis at the com-pletion of each course."

ARTICLE IV - KEY PERSONNEL, is revised to include the addition of the names of the following individuals:

ARTICLE V - TECHNICAL DIRECTION AND_ AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE, is revised to include the addition of the name of the following individual:
"Edwin F. Fox, Jr., of the NRC's Office of Inspection and Enforcement, is the Authorized Technical Representative under this contract."

A new ARTICLE VII'is added as foilows:
" ARTICLE VII - PROTECTION OF CONTRACTOR'S COPYRIGHTED KATERIAL p
It is agreed that no rights are granted by the Con-tractor in any material developed at the Contractor's expense and copyrighted by the Contractor and delivered or used under this contract, and the Contractor retains the exclusive right with respect to such. copyrighted material to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute copies, perform, s
display, and to authorize others to do so."

A new ARTICLE VIII is added as follows:
" ARTICLE VIII - OPTION FOR ADDITIONAL COURSES
' This contract' has an option for the presentation of additional courses in General and Refresher Courses in Nondestructive Examinations as described in ARTICLE I - STATEMENT-0F WORK.
The consideration to be provided the Contractor for performance of the work set forth in this option shall be in accordance with Contractor's proposal dated June 10, 1982, as follows:
1.
Refresher NDE Course (June, 1983) - $6,650.00 2.
Refresher NDE Course (November, 1983) - $7,300.00

Refresher NDE Course (June, 1984) - $7,300.00 Refresher NDE Course (November, 1984) - $8,000.00 4.
5.
General NDE Course (November, 1984) - $17,700.00 6.
Refresher NDE Course (June, 1985) - $8,000.00 This option shall be exercised by the Contractiig Officer who will provide notice of same to the Contractor in writing sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled date for presentation of the course.
It is expressly understood and agreed by the parties hereto that regardless of custom and usage in admini-stration of this contract, only the Contracting Officer may give notice exercis'ing the option as pre-scribed by this ARTICLE."
G.
A new ARTICLE IX is added as-follows:
" ARTICLE IX - GENERAL PROVISIONS The contract is subject to the attached provisions of Appendix A - General Provisions, entitled " General Provision Fixed Price Supply Contract" dated April 1, 1982, with the following change':
