In response to your telephone conversation with Carol Ann Reed on September 30, 1982, enclosed are the last three pages of the transcript that were missing from the copy provided you on September 29, 1982.

For your infonnation, listed below are the names and numbers of the 1982 Freedom of Information Act requests received by NRC concerning the Zimmer facility:

Dear Mr. Carr:

This is a request pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act for a copy of the tape recording of the interviews of Floyd Oltz on February 25 and June 4, 1981.

Mr. Oltz, an employee of Henry J.

Kaiser Company, was interviewed in con-nection with an investigation of possible violations at the Zimmer Nuclear Power Station near Cincinnati, Ohio (see Investigation Report No. 50-358/81-13).

We also request a copy of any other tape recordings n ide during the course of this investigation.
