Pursuant to the Freedom of Infornation Act $ USC $$2 as amended and the provisions of 10 CFR 9, the undersigned hereby requests the following items :
All documents, reports or correspondence since 1979 concerning drug or alcohol abuse by persons working at the Perry nuclear power plant construction site in Perry, Ohio. This information should include any and all documents involving construction workers as well as security personnel. Also included in this information should be any sad all documents concerning allegations made in July 1981 by a former security guard who charged that Perry plant security was involved in drug use, theft and other improperties.
I request that my newspaper be made aware of any and all costs for these materials.
