i AEOD has reviewed those misadministration reports for the year 1981 that were received by this office. We are enclosing a compilation of data derivedt from our review.. The data shows the distribution of misadministrations by type (defined in NRC regulations 10 CFR 35.41.45) and includes a breakdown of',

probable contributing causes and corrective actions proposed by the licensees.

s It is our understanding that NMSS will feed back these data to appropriate '

NRC licensees. We also recomend that SP feed infomation on misadministra '

tions back to the Agreement States, using the document that NMSS develops to feed back infomation to NRC licensees.
