Requests for Additional Information HFC Amendment 4 Date: Wednesday, February 19, 2020 12:32:00 PM

Yin, I have placed an electronic version of the Requests for Additional Information (RAIs) for Submittal of Non-Proprietary Information for Amendment 4 to the HFC-6000 Safety Platform, in the box.com folder and have given you access to it. This email serves as the formal transmittal of those RAIs.

Staff has not redacted any proprietary information from the RAIs so the file in the Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS) and box.com are marked as proprietary. The RAIs in ADAMS are identified as nonpublic so they can be declared an Official Agency Record. When responding to the RAIs, please provide a proprietary and nonproprietary version of both the RAIs and the responses. Your formal response, provided via letter under authorized signature, will generate the public version of the RAIs as well as the responses.

To support the staffs review schedule, please provide your responses no later than June 30, 2020. This date was provided by you based during a discussion with me.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss the RAIs with staff to ensure you understand them, please let me know.

This email will also go in ADAMS and will be declared public.

Joe Holonich, Senior Project Manager U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation 301-415-7297 jjh1@nrc.gov
