The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion of the meeting but before the meeting is adjourned.

Purpose:

The purpose of this teleconference is for Duke Energy to discuss with the NRC a proposed license amendment request to adopt TSTF-564 to replace the current cycle-specific safety limit in TS 2.1.1.2 with a cycle-independent safety limit.
