After reviewing your December 9, 2019, amendment requests to add the T4001 sources for use in the Honeywell International devices registered in NR-0571-D-104-B, NR-0571-D-105-B, and NR-0571-D-107-B, we do require additional information.
The letter states that the use of the new source will not impact radiation safety, radiation profiles or the reliability of the devices. Please discuss if any changes will be made to the devices to accommodate the new source.
We can accept a response via email. Please submit the requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this email. If we have not received the complete information within 30 days, we will consider your amendment request as having been abandoned by you. This is without prejudice to the submission of a complete new amendment request.
