Description of the rule: This rule amends the NRCs regulations by adding Amendment No. 4 of Certificate of Compliance No. 1032 to the list of approved spent fuel storage casks.
Dates: The direct final rule will become effective 75 days after publication, unless a significant adverse comment is received.
