Question: Public Meeting Discussion Topic - LAR 19-019 Yasmeen -
Below is a staff discussion topic regarding LAR 19-019, that we would like to address at a future public meeting.
In LAR-19-019, SNC describes the temperature changes that will be evaluated for several structures at VEGP Units 3 and 4 as part of LAR-19-019. However, LAR-19-019 does not address the impact of those temperature changes on the capability of pumps or valves at VEGP Units 3 and 4 to perform their design functions. Can SNC describe its evaluation of the impact of the temperature changes indicated in LAR-19-019 on the capability of pumps and valves at VEGP Units 3 and 4 to perform their design functions? Where is this evaluation documented?
Can SNC support a discussion of this topic at the meeting on January 16?
