PUBLICATION DATE: 11/27/2019 Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards CITATION 84 FR 65424 WHS#: 12-0129 RO SHINE Medical Isotope Production Facility RE: Request for Additional SHPO Comment

Dear Mr. Elliot:

We have received your request for comment dated November 27, 2019, and received December 9, 2019 regarding the above referenced project. This was originally submitted as a request to review by SHINE Medical Technologies on February 16, 2012. The WI SHPO concurred with the findings that no historic properties would be affected by the construction of the facility on March 7, 2012.

The Area of Potential Effect (APE) has not changed from the initial review and survey to the supplemental maps provided in you submission from November 27.

ThiWI SHPO has no additional concerns or comments on the effect of the SHINE facility on historic cultt:ffal features in the project area.

Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. You can reach me by phone at (608) 264-6013 or via email at felipe.avila@wisconsinhistory.org.

Sincerely,

\_
