Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Withdrawal of Technical Specification Change Request No. 200 As permitted by 10 CFR 2.107, GPUN requests to withdraw Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 200.
TSCR No. 200 was submitted April 24, 1990 to modify the THI-1 Technical Specifications to permit the substitution of Zircaloy-4 or stainless steel filler rods for fuel rods in fuel assemblies in accordance with NRC Generic Letter 90-02, dated February 1, 1990.

to this submittal, the NRC. issued Generic Letter 90-02, Supplement 1, dated July 31, 1992 which clarified the limitations on the application of current NRC-approved analytical methods and replaced the model technical specifications recommended by G.L. 90-02. GPUN expecte.- to submit a TSCR in responsc to Generic Letter 90-02, Supplement 1 in May 1993. Therefore, we request that TSCR No. 200 be withdrawn.
