Dear Mr. Martin:
In Reference 1, the District submitted the Rancho Seco July-December 1992 Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report (SRERR). Since this time, the District discovered that two pages from Reference 1, Appendix B (Revision 3 to the OtT-site Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM)) were accidentally omitted.
Please insert the attached, missing pages (pages 55 of 80 and 56 of 80 of the ODCM, Revision 3)into Reference 1 Appendix B.
